Air Purification system
Dual filtering structure, the primary filter can capture granules larger than 10 μm.Ceiling filter can capture granules bigger than 4μm.The whole purification system has capacity of large volume of dust.Its filtering rate reaches 98%.Air pressure balance gauge, TSP≤1.4mg/m3.
Heating System
Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, heating capacity 260000Kcal/h, 20N Switzerland original electric damper motor can automatically achieve from spraying to baking cycle.(Or pneumatic damper, cylinder conversion).
SUS304 stainless steel heat exchanger, argon arc welding.
Max temp:80ºC, heating time:6-8min(20-60ºC), fuel consumption:6-8kg/vehicle.
Heat recovery device:
1, Structure:Specially design of the heating recovery system for energy the second time used, effectively save energy.The efficiency of recovery is 30%.
2, Working principle:
In two layers of adjacent aluminum foil to form a new wind and exhaust channel, when the new / row cross through the heat exchanger, heat from the exhaust side will be sent to the new wind side, there will be no two kinds of air flow mixture and the transmission of pollutants, odors, water vapor, bacteria and so on.Heat recovery has connection with heat conductivity, board clearance, oncoming wind speed, heat exchange area and temperature.
